Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, biotech convergence, decentralized systems)
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies 3-5 years ahead of market
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Present future visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting
