Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, space tech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build and maintain partnerships with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Drive cultural adoption of innovation methodologies across 500+ employee organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology domains
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Experience scaling tech innovations in enterprise environments
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
