Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) with transformative potential
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic solutions
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate next-gen capabilities into our ecosystem
- Build and lead a specialized Future Tech incubation team focused on 3-5 year technology horizons
- Present compelling tech visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for ambitious initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technological readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, AGI, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or peer-reviewed research
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research labs, accelerators)
