- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across 12+ concurrent R&D projects
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of 15+ futurists and engineers
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech adoption ROI and market disruption potential
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AR/VR, advanced robotics)
- Executive-level presentation skills with successful board engagement history
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals on future technology
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI and market forecasting
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum computing architecture (preferred)
