Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quarterly milestones
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Secure $2M+ in R&D funding through strategic investor partnerships
- Present future tech visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics initiatives
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published research on 2026+ tech trends (IEEE, Nature journals)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience securing government/VC funding for frontier tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight (WFS/ACF)
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future tech roadmaps
