Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, quantum computing, neural interfaces) for strategic implementation
- Partner with product teams to prioritize R&D investments in future-facing technologies
- Author thought leadership papers on tech evolution and its societal impact
- Build relationships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, blockchain, spatial computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certifications in foresight methodology or innovation management preferred
