Responsibilities

- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-tech adoption strategies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing future-focused tech (quantum/AI/blockchain) in enterprise environments
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse ecosystems, and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
