Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future planning
- Proven experience scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ budgets
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CSPF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience with regulatory compliance for emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
