Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, carbon-negative tech)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4.0, synthetic biology, autonomous systems) for competitive advantage
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into enterprise architecture
- Establish innovation KPIs and ROI frameworks for experimental technologies
- Curate partnerships with academic labs and startups in bleeding-edge domains
- Present future-tech visions to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Experience building diverse innovation teams across global markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment
