Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate-positive solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and carbon-neutral tech operations
- Represent InnovateNext at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE 2026 symposiums
- Mentor next-gen tech talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU Horizon initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record launching at least two paradigm-shifting technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and climate-tech convergence
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author in Nature/Science on emerging tech ethics
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Deep network within IEEE, WEF, and Breakthrough Prize communities
