Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using AI, quantum computing, and immersive tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups for innovation acceleration
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI for emerging tech investments
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling tech teams across global markets
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- MSc/MBA in Technology Management or related field
