Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop prototype systems with 10x efficiency improvements
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into market-ready innovations
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior researchers in next-gen technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing solutions
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal grants (SBIR, DARPA) or venture capital funding
