Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in prototype development
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Create scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruption in key industries
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for next-gen implementations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for 2026 flagship projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 2025-2030 horizons
- Strong background in ethical AI and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech strategies with measurable outcomes
