Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology strategy integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, and designers to execute future-focused initiatives
- Anticipate global tech disruptions and develop proactive mitigation/adaptation frameworks
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies with societal impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen talent in future technologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or emerging technology leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, biotechnology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling innovative initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with global tech policy development and ethical frameworks
