- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, biotech) for market viability and integration potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Mentor technical teams in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (quantum, AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of launching successful innovative products or services
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or strategic planning preferred
