Responsibilities
- Architect long-term tech roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations with IP counsel
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring tech adoption ROI in future markets
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Identify and mitigate emerging tech risks (cybersecurity, compliance, ethical implications)
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with PPM methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future technologies or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Certified in PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent strategic frameworks
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience with global tech policy (WTO, ITU standards)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for APAC/MEA markets)
