Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, blockchain, and IoT integration for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to commercialize futuristic solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually for R&D and pilot programs
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI in future markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic tech products with market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) or equivalent experience
- Experience scaling tech operations across global markets (minimum 3 countries)
- Strong financial acumen with $100M+ budget management experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy required
