Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/sustainability initiatives

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research labs)
