Qualifications

- Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Proven track record in quantum/AI project delivery
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST frameworks
- Certified Futurist (CFP) designation preferred
