Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech investments with sustainability and ESG goals
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI and risk mitigation frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CTOE)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global organizations
