Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing proof-of-concept projects
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting
- Establish KPIs for technology innovation success
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Represent the company at global tech summits and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (CS, Engineering, Business)
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
