Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market disruption forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., Prosci, Agile) preferred
