Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in 5+ emerging tech domains
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Track record of launching technologies with $10M+ commercial impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VC and academic research institutions
