Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AR/VR integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-generation solutions with 5+ year vision
- Represent the company at global tech forums and shape industry discourse
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
