Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and Web3 domains
- Lead ideation sessions for next-gen products with $50M+ R&D budgets
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with 5-year business strategy
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $100M+ market impact potential
- Manage vendor ecosystems for cutting-edge hardware/software solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to executive boards and investor groups
- Build and lead a 15-person innovation lab with global partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and research institutions
