Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a global network of tech innovators and thought leaders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) across business units
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting technology strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-facing technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
