Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 innovation targets

- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem integration for emerging tech
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices in product lifecycles

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term strategic planning
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
