Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026 with emphasis on quantum computing and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.) and translate insights into strategic blueprints
- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with long-term business objectives and ESG principles
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive tech architecture
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with minimum 5 years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ tech trends (patents, white papers, or conference keynotes)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Delphi method, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
