Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, biometric AI, and decentralized systems

- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic R&D investments
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with tech policy development and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
