Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry predictions and regulatory frameworks

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in decentralized tech
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech adoption impact on sustainability and social equity metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with compelling data visualizations
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio across R&D and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging tech ethics
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications in TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
