Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026 initiatives, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and prototyping of emerging technologies including generative AI, quantum algorithms, and biometric interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused innovations into core product development
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proofing principles
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining technology products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation circles
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
