- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Create innovation frameworks for ethical tech deployment and regulatory compliance
- Present future-state visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor teams in future-focused methodologies (speculative design, horizon scanning)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of tech ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
