Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration) and forecast industry impact through 2030
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale futuristic solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical innovation and responsible tech deployment
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and shape industry standards
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AGI, spatial computing, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling global innovation ecosystems
