Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technology trends, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3, and integrate them into our long-term vision.
- Technology Assessment: Conduct deep-dive research and feasibility studies for emerging technologies to determine their viability for our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level technical concepts into scalable architectural blueprints.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead the development of internal prototypes and 'future-proof' pilots to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical roadmaps and strategic insights to executive leadership and investors in a compelling and digestible manner.
- Talent Strategy: Build and mentor a team of forward-thinking engineers and strategists dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging web technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully executing long-term technology strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Adaptability: A high degree of curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.
