Responsibilities
- Define Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term viability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural best practices across the organization.
- R&D Integration: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of asynchronous systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
