Horizon Systems is at the forefront of defining the technological landscape for the year 2026. We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Lead to spearhead our initiative in integrating Generative AI with next-generation Spatial Computing environments. You will be responsible for architecting the neural infrastructure that powers our immersive solutions and autonomous agents.
In this role, you will not just follow trends; you will set them. We need a leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our platforms are ready for the rapid evolution of AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable Generative AI models tailored for spatial computing ecosystems.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for Horizon Systems’ AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize algorithmic efficiency for low-latency neural networks.
- Lead and mentor a high-performance team of AI engineers, data scientists, and 3D interaction specialists.
- Establish rigorous security and ethical frameworks for autonomous AI agents and neural interfaces.
- Drive the integration of Agentic workflows into consumer and enterprise hardware platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Spatial Computing, AR/VR, and haptic feedback technologies.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Experience with edge computing and optimizing AI models for resource-constrained hardware.
