- Drive the adoption of 'Future-First' methodologies, ensuring our teams are prepared for the technological shifts of the decade.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure resources and budget for high-impact, forward-looking initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and strategic thinking.
- Conduct competitive analysis on global tech trends to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Strategy, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations or strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends, specifically in AI/ML and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting 'Future Vision' concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
