Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Generative Interfaces.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies to determine their viability for enterprise integration.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, future-proof system architectures that can adapt to rapid technological shifts.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team of strategists and engineers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and C-suite executives to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for the deployment of advanced AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or technology strategy with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Foresight: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on innovative solutions for complex problems.
