The Role
As a Future Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance computing systems that push the boundaries of what is possible. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML infrastructure for enterprise-level deployment.
- Integrate quantum computing protocols and algorithms into existing cloud workflows.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, quantum engineers, and software developers.
- Optimize neural network models for real-time processing on edge devices and distributed systems.
- Establish best practices for system security, data integrity, and ethical AI usage.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical blueprints and roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
