Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for next-gen AI models, ensuring scalability and interoperability across decentralized networks.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of hybrid classical-quantum algorithms into our core product suite.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of neural networks and high-frequency data processing systems to achieve sub-millisecond latency.
- Protocol Development: Define and implement secure data protocols for autonomous systems and edge computing nodes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++, and experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for solving unsolved problems in the tech space.
