Responsibilities
- Architect Development: Design and implement robust, scalable AI and quantum algorithms for enterprise-level applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, researching and evaluating emerging technologies to integrate into our core product stack.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning and scaling of complex distributed systems to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable development goals.
- Code Quality: Enforce best practices in coding standards, security, and documentation across all engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
