Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of core AI frameworks designed for the 2026 market era.
- Define and execute a strategic technology roadmap aligned with emerging industry trends and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced machine learning models into production environments.
- Mentor a team of high-performance engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on our product suite.
- Oversee the optimization of algorithmic efficiency and large-scale data processing pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
