- Integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum-ready protocols, and Web3 standards.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and architectural standards across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration and blockchain/Web3 technologies.
