Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) into our core infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research and development initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive leadership and investors.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on innovation and long-term problem solving.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech ecosystems to anticipate shifts in the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define technology roadmaps for 5+ years out.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud architecture, and emerging tech stacks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
