Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and automation.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team of engineers and researchers.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development projects focused on quantum readiness and advanced neural networks.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies to accelerate product delivery and innovation cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving technology strategy in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
