Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technologies expected to mature by 2026, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Conduct deep-dive research on breakthrough innovations such as Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Sustainable Tech to assess viability.
- Bridge Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into our core product offerings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and investors, turning visionary ideas into compelling business cases.
- Future-Proofing Frameworks: Develop organizational frameworks that ensure long-term adaptability in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Partnerships & Labs: Establish strategic partnerships with leading research labs, universities, and futurist think tanks.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D with a focus on long-term planning.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging trends expected by 2026, including AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation from concept to launch.
- Communication: Excellent ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
