Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology vision for the 2026 roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Lead the architecture and development of advanced AI models and scalable distributed systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and System Architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
