Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted AI systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on biotech and space technology convergence
- Secure partnerships with NASA, CERN, and MIT Media Lab for pilot programs
- Present strategic frameworks to Fortune 100 C-suite executives
- Manage $500K+ annual innovation grant portfolio
- Author white papers published in Nature Futures journal
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ patent-pending innovations
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (minimum 5 citations)
- Security clearance for government-level collaborative projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
