Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, next-generation software systems designed for the 2026 era.
- Define the long-term technical vision for AI integration and automation within the core product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering blueprints.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, WebAssembly) and assess their viability for the product roadmap.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to cloud-native, quantum-ready environments.
- Drive technical decision-making and ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations and high-stakes launches.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
