Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI architectures and quantum computing prototypes tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focusing on post-silicon computing and advanced machine learning models.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the company's future tech division, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
- Prototyping: Build and validate functional prototypes of futuristic interfaces, including neural link technologies and AR/VR environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and legal experts, to navigate the ethical and technical complexities of emerging tech.
- Standards Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance in future tech environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, AI, or hardware architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, or similar languages; hands-on experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced Neural Network libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of innovation in emerging technologies (e.g., Blockchain, IoT, GenAI).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse, high-tech teams and manage complex, ambiguous projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in AI, Cloud Architecture, or Project Management are a plus.
